Knology's mission is to enhance the quality of life for our customers and support the economic development of their communities by providing reasonably priced advanced communications services to their homes and businesses.
Knology is a strong community partner within our service areas. Our community involvement is focused on providing support to youth and educational efforts, particularly with grades K-12.

The services offered through Knology are available in 36 markets in southeastern South Dakota, southwest Minnesota, and northwestern Iowa as well as Columbus, GA; Huntsville, AL; Lanett, AL; Valley, AL; Montgomery, AL; Panama City, FL; West Point, GA; Augusta, GA; Charleston, SC; Knoxville, TN and Pinellas County, FL.
Each year, our offices receive hundreds of requests for community involvement. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis based on level of commitment, budget, and positive impact on the community.
