OUTBOUND NON-CUSTOMER CALLING Knology, Inc. strives to abide by the rules and regulations published in the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) and those of the individual states that it operates within. In accordance with the act, the following information is provided:
» Knology will provides its employees whose job it is to contact prospects with adequate training and support to comply with the state and federal Do Not Call rules and regulations. » Knology will provide the person called with our name and the company name. If they request it, we will provide our business address and main telephone number. » Knology is fully committed to protecting the privacy and wishes of its prospects and customers. All prospects and customers who request not to be called will be removed from our calling files. » Knology employees honor all Do Not Call requests by prospects and customers. » Knology subscribes to the Federal Do-Not-Call Registry. Using the Registry, the company's database is updated on a regular basis to ensure that we respect the privacy of those who do not wish to be called. The FTC Do Not Call Registry can be found at www.donotcall.gov. » Knology will maintain a detailed “Do Not Call” List. If a person called asks to be placed on this list, Knology will ask for their full name and phone number and record that information, as well as the date and time of the request., and the person who received that request. This information will be kept on file for 10 years. |
