Craig A. Elson
Director

Mr. Elson currently serves as Vice President of Bank of America Capital Investors in Charlotte, North Carolina. He joined Capital Investors in 1998 upon completion of his MBA and focuses on growth and buyout financings in the media and telecommunications services sectors. In addition to serving as a director of Knology, he serves on the Board of Managers for Fibertech Networks, LLC. and on the Board of Directors for Quantum Communications Corp. Mr. Elson is also actively involved in the following portfolio companies: Cavalier Telephone Corporation, Integra Telecom, Inc., Nexcomm Asset Acquisition I, L.P., and NuVox, Inc.

Prior to joining Bank of America Capital Investors, Mr. Elson spent six years in the domestic and international network sales and marketing divisions of Turner Broadcasting, Inc. (now a division of AOL Time Warner) where he held a number of business development, sales, and sales management positions. His last post prior to returning to business school was in Mexico City where he served as one of three regional Managing Directors responsible for network distribution throughout Latin America. Mr. Elson holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University
