Director
Mr. Morgan currently serves as Managing Director of Bank of America Capital Investors in Dallas, Texas. He joined Capital Investors in 1998 from Banc of America Securities, where he had been responsible for mergers and acquisitions in the media and telecommunications industry group. He focuses his investment activities on growth and buyout financings in the media and telecommunications industries. In addition to serving as a director of Knology, Mr. Morgan serves on the board of directors of Cavalier Telephone Corporation, Integra Telecom, Inc., Pathfire, Inc., and the management committee of Signal One, LLC. He is also responsible for investments in Fairpoint Communications, Inc., Fibertech Networks, LLC, Metro PCS, Inc., Nexcomm Asset Acquisition I, L.P., and NuVox, Inc.
Mr. Morgan brings a wealth of financial and investment experiences to his portfolio companies. Prior to Banc of America Securities he worked on public and private equity offerings and served as a portfolio manager for both an equity and a fixed income fund. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Economics from Westminster College |
