Scott Schroeder

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Schroeder joined Knology in September 2003 as Chief Accounting Officer & Controller, and was promoted to Vice President in March 2005. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2006 and also continues to serve as Vice President.

For the six years prior to joining the company, he was Controller and Director of Finance at CCL Label, one of the largest pressure sensitive label manufacturers in the world. CCL Label is a subsidiary of CCL Industries, a $1.7 billion company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He was responsible for overseeing Financial and Information Systems in five locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. In addition, he was responsible for performing due diligence in both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.

During 1993-1997, Mr. Schroeder had management, financial and computer consulting engagements covering strategic business planning, financial analysis, development of internal reporting mechanisms, annual detailed budgets, computer system selection, implementation and training, and internal auditing processes. He filled the role of outsourced CFO and sat on the management teams of multiple companies. He also brings to Knology experience in developing processes, procedures, and reporting capabilities to accurately monitor daily profitability on quoted, incoming and completed projects.

Mr. Schroeder spent 1990-1993 as Controller of Dahl & Associates, Inc., an environmental consulting firm. His responsibilities included management of the accounting, finance, personnel, administrative, and MIS departments. In addition, he was responsible for bank relations and risk management.

During 1988-1990, Mr. Schroeder was in public accounting with Adrian Helgeson and Co., subsequently acquired by Virchow Krause. He performed audits and prepared tax returns for multiple companies across various industries.

Mr. Schroeder is a CPA and holds a BA degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting from Augustana College, with minors in computer science, business administration and economics.
