“No other company can provide the services that Knology provides, because our business is in such a rural location,” said Dalton Fuller, vice president of Industrial Power. Industrial Power is a national, domestic outsourcing company and call center that has been in business since 1998. The company is based in Black Hawk, SD, while working on projects across the nation and on projects locally for out-of-area clients. “I am able to run a multimillion dollar business, because of the telecommunication capabilities and the responsiveness I receive from Knology,” said Fuller.

The communication capabilities provided by Knology has made it possible for Industrial Power to double its employee base twice over - since 1998. “The customer base is growing so rapidly, we plan on adding another T-1 and 12 additional employees this year. When I am ready to upgrade to another T-1, Knology is so responsive, I will have my third T-1 in about 48 hours,” said Fuller. Adding this type of service means Knology employees will have to add equipment to the physical location, configure the new equipment, and coordinate internally with the company’s administration, all in 48 hours.
