channel, please provide the following two week prior to the desired placement of the request:
- Name of organization
- Contact name, phone number, and email address
- Message or event information, including date, time, location, price (if any)
- Telephone number for the viewers to call with questions
- Time period you would like PSA to run (not guaranteed)
- Photos, logos or other graphics you may want us to use (non-returnable)
