Knology Conversion Tool Instructions

Click the link below to download the Knology Outlook Express Auto Configuration Tool. You can either save the file to your desktop and double click it to execute or choose “Run” after clicking the link.

*WARNING*

If you check any other e-mail accounts besides your Rushmore email with Outlook Express, please choose “Yes” when asked if you want to save your existing accounts. If you choose “No” those accounts along with their e-mail will be deleted.

If you use Outlook Express only to check your Rushmore e-mail and no other e-mail accounts, please choose “No” when asked to save the existing account. This will remove your Rushmore account but you will still have your Rushmore saved e-mails in your Local Folders Inbox from copying them earlier.

This program is ONLY for Outlook Express. Do not run this tool if you use any other email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora, etc.).

If you have multiple Rushmore.com email accounts on your computer, this tool will have them all download to the same Inbox. If you would like to have the tool set up multiple Identities so each account has it’s own separate Inbox, please contact Tech Support at 1-866-901-7486.
