How To Copy your Email From IMAP Folders to your Computer

1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Left click your Inbox in your Rushmore Email Account Like below:
   
3. Click on any email in the folder.
   
4. Click “Edit” in the toolbar and then click “Select All”.
   
5. Click on Edit again then click on "Copy to Folder".
   
6. You will see a window that looks like the following:
   
7. Select the Inbox under Local Folders and then click on OK.
8. Repeat these steps until you have copied your messages to your Inbox.
