Parental Controls on Knology Digital Cable The parental control feature on your digital set top box offers more control over programming than other channel blocking options. With the parental control feature you can block programs by channel, rating, or time of day. All you need is to set up a personal identification number or PIN. Your PIN not only turns your parental controls on and off, but also controls Video On Demand and Pay-Per-View ordering.
