Knology is pleased to announce the enhancement to the electronic detail file system for the Account Codes Feature available with our Long Distance service. The account code information and telemanagement reports have changed to a web-based reporting system.

The current reporting system required customers to download the software application online. The call detail records were then e-mailed each month and those call details were used to run and analyze reports. The new web-based system will have all the same reports and features of the old system, but with added flexibility. The web-based system will allow you to review your monthly call detail records and access reports from any computer via the web. All that’s required is a username and password that can be set up right online.

Customers will still have access to change the names or labels of each account code. The web-based system will provide the reports in PDF format for easy printing or emailing purposes. An email will be sent each month notifying customers that the call details are available.

The new web-based system will be available to customers at no additional cost. The telemanagement reports will only be available on this web-based system.
