Q: Can I cancel a purchase after I’ve bought it?
A:
You will not be able to cancel a purchase once it has been made. There is an option to “Remove From List” that will show up on the In Progress list, but that option will remove the movie from the list only and does not affect billing. You do have the option of previewing certain movies before purchasing, and must enter and confirm a PIN to make the purchase, making the need to cancel after the purchase has been made unlikely.

Q: Am I limited on the dollar amount that I can purchase for VOD?
A:
No, there is not a limit set for VOD purchases at this time.

Q: Is there any other way to search for a movie other than by genre?
A:
Channels 901-905 are each loaded with one new release per week and those movies are listed in the Interactive Program Guide (IPG). However, those are the only VOD movies that will show up in the IPG —all other movies will be listed only on the Main Catalog screen.

Q: Will I be able to tell the difference between a PPV and VOD event on my bill, or will they look the same?
A:
VOD purchases will look similar to PPV purchases, but list “VOD” before the title name.

Q: If I lose power to my box, will my purchase still be there when the power comes back on?
A:
Yes, the box will keep the purchased event in the “In Progress List” until the time period runs out, even if the box reboots.

Q: Can I access VOD titles in Spanish and change the audio to SAP?
A:
Spanish language titles are not available. Currently, SAP is not supported, but should be within in the next couple of months for the titles that have this available.

Q: Will the movie shut off when the time period is up, even if I am in the middle of watching the movie?
A:
Yes, once the end time for the movie is reached the movie will shut off.
