A: You can have up to seven e-mail addresses. If you need more, additional
addresses are available for a nominal fee.

A: No, only your primary e-mail address can connect to the Internet.

Q: How do I sign up for additional e-mail
addresses?

for each request to be processed and become active.
Q: Why can’t I
send e-mail?
A: There are many possible reasons why you may not be able to send
e-mail. Here are just a few possible reasons:

An attachment may be too large. Try to keep attachments at 20mb or smaller.

“Mailer daemon message”, means either the address was typed in
incorrectly or the account does not exist on the recipient’s domain.

Mail server names are not correct.
·
Account name or password is incorrect.
·
You may not be logged on to the Internet.

You may not have the setting checked “My outgoing server requires authentication”. Q:
Does Knology block spam messages?
A: Yes, most spam is stopped by our filter before reaching your e-mail

A: You can access any site or service available. Please note that some
services will charge you for access. These charges will be independent of your
Knology bill.

for my username and the password?
A: Your username must be between 3 and 12 characters long. These characters
may be lower case letters, numbers, underscores (_), and periods (.). The first
two characters must be a lower case letter or number. Your password must be between
4 and 8 characters long. These characters must be lower case letters or numbers.
No special characters are allowed in your password.

much e-mail can I store on the Knology mail
server?
A: You can store up to 50 mb per e-mail address.

set-up my Knology email?
A: You can use your email in numerous email programs. Some
examples are Outlook Express version 5.0 or higher, Microsoft Outlook version
98 or higher, or Netscape mail version 4.5 or higher.

piece of mail blocking the download. You can check the message at https://webmail.iw.net.
You can also call Technical Support at 1-888-745-2888 to have it removed.
